FAN CONTROL
Our adjustable FC-10Ai controller wires directly to your electrical engine temperature gauge to operate your cooling fan. This is especially convienent when you have only one opening at your water jacket which is already used by the temp gauge. No additionally relay is required as the FC-10 has a built-in 40 ampere relay to supply battery power to your radiator fan motor.
You can adjust the FC-10Ai for a comfortable operarating engine temperature or you can have your A/C unit operate the cooling fan in conjunction with the FC-10Ai.

PDP-3 FUSE PANEL

This tiny automotive fuse panel uses miniature ATM plastic fuses to reduce the room needed to wire your vehicle. The PDP-3 uses lugless connectors which allow you to modify your wiring as needed. No crimp-on terminals are needed.
Instructions and mounting hardware are provided.

AP-1 Compact Fuse Panel
The AP-1 has 8 fused output terminals connected to a singe power post PLUS an additional 8 terminal ground strip. This is especially useful in fiberglass vehicles or motorcycles

AP-2 Compact
Fuse Panel
The AP-2 is a compact dual fuse panel. Normally, one section stays hot while the second is "switched".
Additionally, there is an 8 position GROUND strip to ease grounding on fibreglass bodies.

PDP-1 FUSE PANEL
This stainless steel fuse panel contains 13 ATC fuses with 25 fused output terminals labeled for standard vehicle electrical requirements. Additional fused outputs are provided for your hazard and turn signal flashers plus horns.
Wires connect to the fuse panel via lugless terminal strips much like your home circuit breaker panel.

The K-20 and K-40 Kits are configured for your application. These kits include the PDP-1B stainless fuse panel plus the headlamp, and dimmer switches. A dash mounted ignition switch comes with the K-40 Kit. The PDP-1L fuse panel is available for LED lamp installations

K-40F Ford WIRING KITS
The K40F kit is custom designed for Ford products. We focus mostly on 1960 to 1979 trucks however, other vehicles are possible. You need to call 610 754-0720 for advice and availability.
This kit included Ford headlamp, ignition and dimmer switches. Stock instrument panel wiring is standard but aftermarket gauge wires are common for us.
We can accommodate modern Ford alternators and aftermarket ignition systems

CJ5 CJ7 CJ8 HARNESS
Custom CJ harnesses are available for 1976-1983 jeeps. This wiring includes the stock CJ connectors plus special weather-proof connectors for external lamp assemblies. The stainless-steel PDP-1B fuse panel is used to allow additional electrical devices to be added by the owner.
