Delivery

Although many items will be shipped from stock, some wiring harnesses and out of stock items may take from 7 to 10 days to ship.

Any merchandise returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be the price of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. Products not manufactured by Centech, Inc. or those purchased on special order are exempt from this guarantee. All items must be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Centech, Inc. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Our Warranty

Centech, Inc. warrants our products to be free from defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Centech, at its option, is limited to repairing or replacing these products, shipping charges prepaid. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.

Returned products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, damage or accident or have been connected, installed or adjusted contrary to the instructions furnished by Centech or repaired by unauthorized persons will not be covered by our warranty.

Centech reserves the right to discontinue models, change specifications, price or design of its products at any time without notice and without incurring any obligation. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for any damage and/or bodily injury which may result from the use or misuse of our products by the purchaser, his employee or agent.

Special Orders

Items indicated as special order or items not appearing in the catalog that have been ordered to accomodate our customers are non-returnable. Warranties in effect are those stipulated by the manufacturer.
